Santosh has been with Le Sherpa Concept since 2012, starting his career as captain at Le Sherpa Restaurant and later as restaurant supervisor at both The Old House Restaurant and Le Sherpa Restaurant. He joined La casita as a restaurant manager from April 2019. He completed his Bachelor of Hotel Management from KFA Business School & IT. He is interested and trained in Mixology as well. He is guided by the motto, ’Live your life serving others’.

Manager- The Old House Restaurant
Jagat started his career as a server in F&B department 8 years prior and is currently working as Manager at The Old House restaurant. He likes to travel and try out new cuisines.

Bishnu started his journey at Le Sherpa Concept as finance head at Le Sherpa Restaurant. He joined Nomad Hotel from its initial phase and is currently working as operation head. He did his Master of Business Studies (MBS) from Tribhuvan University. He loves road trips and nature walks along with watching sports and reading novels.

Rabin joined Le Sherpa Concept in 2015 and is currently working as a manager at Piano Piano. Prior to it, he worked as manager at The Old House restaurant. He started his career from Hotel Manang and has worked in different reputed hotels and restaurants including Everest Hotel. He has gained international exposure by working in Dubai for 2 years in the hospitality industry. He has more than 17 years of experience in the industry. Rabin loves watching movies, playing football and travelling with his friends and family.

As a manager, Ramesh is responsible for overall management and day to day operations of Le Sherpa restaurant. He completed his Master’s in Education and has more than 14 years of experience in hospitality industry. He has worked as Food and Beverage Service Instructor Victoria International Hotel Training Institute, Kathmandu. His profound knowledge and expertise in F&B Service brings in valuable insights to the ever evolving hospitality trends and guest experience.
Ramesh regards challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. He loves travelling and trying out new cuisines.

Nilza has worked for more than 7 years in tourism industry and 4 years in hospitality industry and is currently leading Farmshop as its business head. She is responsible for the company’s management and day to day operations to bring fresh and nutritional farm produce to the customers.
Nilza did her advance technical certificate in Sales and production in tourism from Cours Diderot, Paris and Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University. Nilza loves travelling and is guided by the motto, ‘You didn't come this far to only come this far’.

Atul has been working as an Executive chef for the past 5 years and has worked in multiple kitchens specializing in various world cuisines. He completed his Diploma in Culinary Arts, Certificate 3 from Culinary Arts TAFE. He has a passion for research and development of new dishes for an enhanced gastronomic experience.
Atul oversees menu development and training of F&B production staff at Le Sherpa Concept. He makes sure all of the dishes match the standards that our patrons expects. He loves working in the kitchen and helping others reach their full potential in culinary arts. He is guided by the life motto of ‘Wabi-sabi’.

As Creative Head for Le Sherpa Concept, Tsewang directs and creates visuals for the company which is used in all the communication platforms. He is an avid photographer and videographer with a jest for storytelling through his camera.
Tsewang designs and conducts regular video shoot and photo-shoot capturing the essence of Le Sherpa Concept. He has a keen interest for sports and art. He loves to travel all over the country and capture unseen landscapes.

Raman has been part of Le Sherpa Concept for the past 1 year in his capacity as Sales & Marketing Executive. Raman has more than 2 years of experience in hospitality industry. He graduated from Kathmandu University School of Management with a BBA degree specializing in Marketing. He strives to practice effective marketing communication and is on a look out for ways to add value to the customers. He loves to socialize and is a foodie by nature. He is guided by the motto, ‘Striving Equilibrium’.

Elena joined LS Management as Sales & Marketing Manager from January 2020. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, real estate and advertisement agency, Elena brings valuable insights on customer relationship management, sales management, marketing communication and brand management. Elena did her MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. She strives to live a simple life and live with the motto, ‘Live and let live.’


With over 28 years of experience in hospitality industry, Deepak brings with him tremendous knowledge and expertise. As Chief Operating Officer, Deepak leads the management and oversees day to day operations of the company. He has also worked in Swiss hospitality for 13 years and gained international travel and exposure to add to his experience. He is well versed in international hospitality standards and strive to implement it here at home with Le Sherpa Concept. He loves cooking, reading, sports and travelling. He is an avid follower of Vipassana and live life with the motto of ‘Be Happy’.

Namgyal’s love for travelling and food has led him to initiate and operate hospitality business in Kathmandu under Le Sherpa Concept with 5 different themed restaurants that focus on the quality dining experience, a boutique hotel and an online ecommerce company and also includes the most successful farmer’s market in town. Along with it, Namgyal is also the Director of Yeti World, a family business that operates mainly in different verticals of the tourism sector: from airlines, tour operations to hospitality companies such as Thamserku Trekking, Yeti Airlines, Himalayan Airlines, Gokarna Resort, Yeti Mountain Home, and Kasara Resort.

Sachin has more than nine years of experience in Food & Beverage Service and started his journey as a server from Le Sherpa restaurant. Currently he is working as Food and Beverage Supervisor in La Casita restaurant, Boudha. He loves traveling and listening to music. He is guided by the motto, ‘I am strong enough’.

Samuel is currently looking after Training and Development in the team. He has more than five years of experience in Food and Beverage Service. He started his career as a waiter working in UAE. He returned to the country reaching supervisory position. He joined LS Concept 2 years back as Front Office assistant in Nomad Hotel. He worked there for 6 months. He later transferred to Le Sherpa restaurant and worked there for one and half years as Guest Experience Maker. He loves networking with people and is a foodie by nature. He is guided by the motto: ‘No matter what happens good or bad life goes on. So learn to go with it by staying positive and spreading kindness.’

Tsewang Gyurme Lama joined LS Concept from December 2021 as a Graphic Designer. He received an IB Diploma from ICS Zurich, Switzerland, and a BFA in graphic communication from KU School of Art and Design, Nepal. He works in a diverse area, whether it is graphic design or visual art. He is eager to learn more about visual arts, sculpture, photography and designing. He is passionate about supporting and helping young children who are forgotten. He likes traveling to new places and experiencing the culture and reality of different societies.

Suman is part of LS Concept as IT Manager. He has been working in Informational Technology industry for more than 17 years. He did his Bachelor of Engineering from India and has experience working in both Indian and Nepalese companies. He loves music, chess, cooking, programming and refrains from negativity. He lives by the motto, ‘Learn from the past, live in the present and plan for the future’.

Ram Hari joined Le Sherpa restaurant in 2011 and has been an integral part of the team since its founding days. He specializes in European cuisine and is always in an active perusal of culinary finesse! He likes researching and experimenting with world cuisine to give it an elegant European touch. In his free time he likes traveling and socializing with friends and family. He is guided by the motto, 'Always believe in yourself and keep on working hard, success will follow'.
